On Friday, October 29th, the Junior Senior High School will dismiss at 1250pm. This is to accommodate students that are participating at the Sandoval Halloween Parade at 230pm. Please refer to the flyer for more details.
Dear Blackhawk Community: We are excited to announce that we have moved the main office to a new location in the Elementary Building. The new entrance to the office is on the west side of the building.
Sandoval Elementary School celebrated the Blackhawk Students of the Month for September. The students were chosen because of their outstanding display of RESPECT for rules, self, others, school and community. The event this month was sponsored by Kim's Jolly Jumps of Sandoval.
Students recognized were Scarlett Williams, Hoyt Daugherty, Annabelle White, Corbin Keller, Abigail Hansen, Kru McWhirter, Lydia Horn, Nevaeh Nolte, Tyanna Tomes, Hunter Timmons, Carter Groh, Adelyn Ashley, Aubriee Miller, Joshua Reams, Carson Williams, and Nathaniel Tarlton.
Sandoval Jr/Sr High School will be passing out mid-term progress reports to all students during advisory today. Reminder that parents can always check your students grades through the teacherease portal on the school website.

Today’s jr. high softball regional game has been canceled. They will play tomorrow at 5:30 at Salem little league complex. The regional semifinals and finals have been moved to next week 9/27 and 9/28.
Baseball is still on for today.
Jr. High Baseball and Softball are both canceled today. Both games have been rescheduled for tomorrow at the same time. Jr. High softball will be played at the same location. Jr. High Baseball will be played at the Salem Little League Complex.
The jr. high baseball team will practice at the grade school today at 3:30 as long as it is not raining. Practice will not be held at the park diamond.
Sandoval Parents, this is a reminder that we are back on normal school time schedules. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday's school will dismiss at 2:55. On Wednesday's students will dismiss at 2:20.

Due to the increased amount of students getting picked up after school, we are asking parents to park on the east and west sides of the building. In order to ensure student safety and have the process run as smoothly as possible, school staff will be outside helping direct parents on where to go.
